Quote on 0494 915 995 or through the form — the fare is paid in advance to confirm the booking.
Published fares, no surge
One or two passengers travel from Douglas Park for a fixed $209 one way. Above that the price moves seat by seat rather than with the traffic or the clock.

Prices are per vehicle, not per person — eleven passengers pay $409 in total, about $37 a seat, which is why groups do well here. Paid in advance to confirm your booking and lock in the vehicle. Fares reviewed August 2026.
Why does each airport have its own fare? A published price per suburb for each destination is what lets us answer a quote in a sentence instead of a callback. Douglas Park is $209 to Kingsford Smith, $169 to Badgerys Creek and $249 to either cruise wharf.
Sized to the booking
We match the class to the passengers and the bags. The band already covers it, so the larger boot is never a surcharge.

Every class includes the same things. The only thing that changes between cards is how many people and how much luggage fit.
What the drive looks like
Allow about 1 hr 3 min for the 66 km. The route runs north on Douglas Park Drive to the M5 via Campbelltown, or onto the Hume at Wilton, then east through the tunnel.
The village roads are unlit and slow; the M5 East is the fixed delay at the far end. That allowance goes into your pickup time rather than into an optimistic arrival estimate.
Douglas Park has a station on the Southern Highlands line, which sounds useful until you look at the first service of the day. For a pre-dawn departure it is not an option, and that is most of what we do from here. Coming the other way, either down the Hume and back in, or south from Campbelltown on Douglas Park Drive. The second is shorter and the one we normally take at night, when the village roads are empty. That leg is covered on the Sydney Airport to Douglas Park page.
Timed to your departure
Terminal three hours ahead for an international departure and two hours for a domestic one, less the 1 hr 3 min drive and an allowance for the run in.
Pickup around 1:57am. It is ordinary work on this run rather than a special request.
Around 2:57am for a T2 or T3 departure. River-village streets, some unsealed at the edges, most unlit.
Around 4:57am, which clears the worst of the weekday build-up at the city end.
Treat these as the starting point. Send the flight number when you book and we set the exact minute against that day — school terms, long weekends and roadworks all shift it.
Kingsford Smith, both directions

Out of customs and across to the limousine pickup area. We watch the flight, and a full hour from touchdown is included before any waiting time applies.
Kerbside in the priority zone, forty minutes allowed from touchdown. A message when your bag is off is all the driver needs.
Door pickup anywhere in Douglas Park. River-village streets, some unsealed at the edges, most unlit. Tell us if yours is one of the ones that floods — we will route around rather than test it.
Two airports, two fixed fares
Douglas Park to WSI runs up through Camden and is meaningfully shorter than the trip to Kingsford Smith. Western Sydney International is on our standard list and we are quoting it now.
about 48 min · toll-free on our route
North through Camden and up The Northern Road, avoiding the Hume entirely. Meaningfully shorter than the eastern trip and on roads that are empty at the hours flights depart. Route detail on the Douglas Park to WSI page.
about 1 hr 3 min · Hume, M5 and tunnel
The airport with the full international network, and the terminal most departures from here still use.
$209 to Sydney Airport, $169 to Western Sydney. 22 kilometres and 15 minutes shorter to Badgerys Creek, no tolls on our route, and no airport station access fee, because the car stops at the terminal door.
Get Free QuoteDouglas Park has a station — does rail work?
Rail is a genuine alternative from here, so it deserves setting out properly rather than waving away.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $209 fixed | ~1 hr 3 min, door to door | your own vehicle door to door, bags included, running to the flight rather than to a timetable |
| Train via Campbelltown | Opal fares plus $18.61 station access fee each | about 2 hrs at best | Douglas Park is on the line, but services are infrequent and mostly terminate at Campbelltown, so it is a change plus a wait; the first train of the day is far too late for a dawn flight and the last has gone before most evening internationals land |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~1 hr 3 min if a car accepts | the station shuts early and the village has nothing else — and the long fare back late at night is one many drivers decline |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~1 hr 3 min plus the car park shuttle | workable for two people on a short trip, until you add the pre-dawn self-drive, the car park shuttle and a fortnight of parking fees |
The station access fee is Transport for NSW's published charge for entering or leaving an airport rail station, and the parking figure is Sydney Airport's advertised long-stay rate at the time of writing — check both before you decide. Rail can suit one person with hand luggage on a mid-morning flight; it stops suiting anyone with a second passenger, checked bags or a departure before dawn.
One vehicle, one number

Eleven passengers travel in one vehicle for $409 — about $37 a seat, against three separate cars, three sets of parking or three rideshare fares. Extended families, sports teams and friends flying out together all book this way.
Give us the bag count with the number of people so the vehicle is right first time. Child restraints are installed before we leave and are included in the fare rather than added to it.
The honest comparison
The station shuts early and the village has nothing else. Arrivals here are booked, without exception, because there is genuinely no alternative after about nine.
Metered and surge pricing over a run this long is decided by the traffic and the hour. Our fare is agreed at booking, tolls and GST included, and does not move afterwards.
Getting out is usually possible; getting home at midnight with luggage is the part that catches people. That is the leg worth booking in advance.
What booking ahead buys you
No shared loop collecting strangers, no interchange and no other passengers unless they are yours. The vehicle runs your trip only.
Which way out is quicker on a given morning, and where the delays start, is knowledge that comes from driving it weekly rather than following a map app.
A late landing moves the pickup automatically and at no cost — an hour of grace at international, forty minutes at domestic, timed from touchdown.
Booking is paid in advance to lock in your vehicle. Payment is taken in advance — card, PayID or cash by arrangement — and a tax invoice follows by email on request.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters fitted before the vehicle leaves, at no charge, provided we have the ages in advance.
Pre-dawn starts, public holidays and the last arrival of the night are ordinary work — the booking is what makes them dependable.

Answered plainly
A fixed $209 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $409 for eleven in a single minibus. Tolls, GST, child seats and one suitcase plus one carry-on each are included in every figure, and the price does not change once quoted.
About 1 hr 3 min for the 66 km in normal conditions. The route runs north on Douglas Park Drive to the M5 via Campbelltown, or onto the Hume at Wilton, then east through the tunnel. Allow more through the weekday morning peak.
About 1:57am. We target the terminal three hours before an international departure and two hours before a domestic one, then work back through the drive and a traffic allowance. Send the flight number and we will set the exact minute.
You can, with a change at Campbelltown, but Southern Highlands services are infrequent and the airport stations charge an $18.61 access fee per adult on top of the Opal fare. Around two hours at best, with nothing early enough for a dawn flight and nothing late enough for most evening arrivals.
For two people on a short trip it can be, with budget long-stay parking from around $190 a week. Over a longer trip, with a group, or with a pre-dawn departure, the transfer usually wins once fuel, tolls, the car park shuttle and the self-drive are counted.

Yes — WSI is 44 km and about 48 min away against 66 km and 1 hr 3 min to Kingsford Smith. Douglas Park to WSI runs up through Camden and is meaningfully shorter than the trip to Kingsford Smith. The WSI fare is $169 one way, against $209 to Kingsford Smith.
Yes — eleven passengers with luggage in one minibus for $409, about $37 a seat. That is almost always cheaper than two or three cars and it keeps the group together against a check-in deadline.
Usually, and availability tends to settle it before price does. The station shuts early and the village has nothing else. A metered fare over 66 km also moves with the traffic, while ours is agreed before you travel.
There is no separate deposit: the fixed fare is paid in advance to confirm your booking and lock in the vehicle. The fare is paid in advance of travel and we send a tax invoice afterwards if you need one.
We watch the flight, so the car arrives when you do. A full hour from wheels-down at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3 are included at no charge, however late the aircraft is.
Yes, and included in the fare rather than charged for. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are fitted before the vehicle leaves, so we need the children's ages when you book rather than on the morning.
Every day of the year. Pre-dawn departures and last-arrival collections are ordinary work here — it is the advance booking that makes them dependable, not the hour.

No. No free or public shuttle bus runs from Douglas Park to Sydney Airport. The courtesy buses people mention are hotel shuttles around Mascot, which only run between the terminals and the hotels nearby. From Douglas Park the realistic choices are the train, a taxi or rideshare, driving and parking, or a pre-booked transfer like ours at a fixed $209.
Aim to be at the terminal two hours before a domestic departure and three hours before an international one. From Douglas Park the drive is about 1 hr 3 min for 66 km, so for a 9am domestic flight we would usually collect you around 5:37am, and earlier if you need to reach the airport in peak traffic between 5am and 10am.
For one person with hand luggage on a mid-morning flight, usually the train: the Southern Highlands Line, changing at Campbelltown, paying the Opal fare plus the $18.61 airport station access fee. For two or more people, checked bags or a flight before about 9am, our fixed $209 fare is usually cheaper in practice and quicker door to door.
