Three fares, four destinations. Publishing a fixed price per suburb keeps the quote honest and immediate: from Spring Farm it is $169 to Sydney Airport, $119 to Western Sydney and $209 to either cruise terminal.

Every class includes the same things. Tolls and GST are inside the fare, child restraints are fitted before we leave at no cost, arrivals are tracked by flight number, and the fare is paid in advance to lock in your vehicle. The only thing that changes between cards is how many people and how much luggage fit.
What the drive looks like
Allow about 52 min for the 56 km. The route runs through Elderslie onto Camden Valley Way, then the M5 and east into the tunnel.
The Camden Valley Way lights and Narellan Road; the M5 East at the end. That allowance goes into your pickup time rather than into an optimistic arrival estimate.
Spring Farm has the same mapping problem as Oran Park — new streets, incomplete data — so we take the cross street at booking. Bookings run heavily to young families with restraints required. Coming the other way, camden Valley Way then in through Elderslie. A short last leg on new roads, easy at night, with the only complication being which of the recent releases you are actually on. That leg is covered on the Sydney Airport to Spring Farm page.
Timed to your departure
Three hours at the terminal internationally, two hours domestically, then the 52 min drive and an allowance for the far end. These are the pickup times that fall out.
Pickup around 2:08am. It is ordinary work on this run rather than a special request.
Around 3:08am for a T2 or T3 departure. Cross street at booking, please.
Around 5:08am, which clears the worst of the weekday build-up at the city end.
Use them as a guide and send us the flight number — holidays, roadwork and peak-hour departures all move the calculation, which is what we adjust for.
Kingsford Smith, both directions

Out of customs and across to the limousine pickup area. We watch the flight, and a full hour from touchdown is included before any waiting time applies.
Kerbside in the priority zone, forty minutes allowed from touchdown. A message when your bag is off is all the driver needs.
Door pickup anywhere in Spring Farm. Cross street at booking, please. Several Spring Farm streets share a name pattern and in the dark they are indistinguishable.
Two airports, two fixed fares
Spring Farm to WSI is a short run through Camden and up The Northern Road, comfortably under half the Kingsford Smith distance. Western Sydney International is on our standard list and we are quoting it now.
about 30 min · toll-free on our route
Through Camden and up The Northern Road — comfortably under half the Kingsford Smith distance. New roads at the Spring Farm end and open running from Camden onward. Route detail on the Spring Farm to WSI page.
about 52 min · Hume, M5 and tunnel
The airport with the full international network, and the terminal most departures from here still use.
$169 to Sydney Airport, $119 to Western Sydney. 29 kilometres and 22 minutes shorter to Badgerys Creek, no tolls on our route, and no airport station access fee, because the car stops at the terminal door.

There is no station in the locality, which narrows the field considerably.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $169 fixed | ~52 min, door to door | one vehicle from your door, luggage included, at whatever hour the flight or the ship demands |
| Train from Macarthur (T8 direct) | a lift to the station, Opal fares, plus $18.61 access fee each | 2.5 hrs or more, all up | there is no station here, so somebody has to drive you to Menangle or Campbelltown first; from there services are infrequent, need a change at Campbelltown, and none run early enough for a morning flight |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~52 min if a car accepts | like Oran Park, the estate is newer than most maps — and the long fare back late at night is one many drivers decline |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~52 min plus the car park shuttle | workable for two people on a short trip, until you add the pre-dawn self-drive, the car park shuttle and a fortnight of parking fees |
The station access fee is Transport for NSW's published charge for entering or leaving an airport rail station, and the parking figure is Sydney Airport's advertised long-stay rate at the time of writing — check both before you decide. Rail can suit one person with hand luggage on a mid-morning flight; it stops suiting anyone with a second passenger, checked bags or a departure before dawn.
One vehicle, one number

Eleven passengers travel in one vehicle for $379 — about $34 a seat, against three separate cars, three sets of parking or three rideshare fares. Extended families, sports teams and friends flying out together all book this way.
Give us the bag count with the number of people so the vehicle is right first time. Child restraints are installed before we leave and are included in the fare rather than added to it.
The honest comparison
Like Oran Park, the estate is newer than most maps. Evening arrivals are otherwise simple — the roads are wide, the traffic is gone and the drive from the M5 is quick.
Nobody can tell you what a metered trip this long will cost until it ends. Ours is agreed in advance, tolls and GST included.
Getting out is usually possible; getting home at midnight with luggage is the part that catches people. That is the leg worth booking in advance.
What booking ahead buys you
No shared shuttle route, no interchange and nobody else in the car unless you brought them — the run goes from your address to your terminal.
Where a road narrows, which exit is quicker on a given morning and when the motorway banks up are things you learn by driving them, not by reading a map.
If you land late the pickup has already moved — an hour of free waiting at international and forty minutes at domestic, counted from touchdown.
Payment in advance confirms the booking and locks in your vehicle. You pay in advance by card or PayID, or cash by arrangement, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you need one.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters go in before the vehicle leaves and are part of the fare, provided we know the ages.
Public holidays, three in the morning, the last arrival of the night — all normal work when the booking is in.

Answered plainly
A fixed $169 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $379 for eleven in a single minibus. Tolls, GST, child seats and one suitcase plus one carry-on each are included in every figure, and the price does not change once quoted.
About 52 min for the 56 km in normal conditions. The route runs through Elderslie onto Camden Valley Way, then the M5 and east into the tunnel. Allow more through the weekday morning peak.
About 2:08am. We target the terminal three hours before an international departure and two hours before a domestic one, then work back through the drive and a traffic allowance. Send the flight number and we will set the exact minute.
No. The nearest station is Macarthur, about 13 km away, so somebody has to drive you there first. From Macarthur the T8 Airport and South Line runs direct to the domestic and international stations in about 50 minutes, and the airport stations add an $18.61 access fee per adult on top of the Opal fare. It suits a light traveller in the middle of the day, but the first trains are too late for an early flight.
It can be for two people on a short trip — budget long-stay parking starts around $190 a week. Add fuel and tolls both ways, the pre-dawn self-drive and the shuttle bus from the car park, and the gap narrows quickly; for a group it disappears entirely.
Anywhere in the locality, door to door. Cross street at booking, please. Several Spring Farm streets share a name pattern and in the dark they are indistinguishable.
Yes — WSI is 27 km and about 30 min away against 56 km and 52 min to Kingsford Smith. Spring Farm to WSI is a short run through Camden and up The Northern Road, comfortably under half the Kingsford Smith distance. The WSI fare is $119 one way, against $169 to Kingsford Smith.
Yes — eleven passengers with luggage in one minibus for $379, about $34 a seat. That is almost always cheaper than two or three cars and it keeps the group together against a check-in deadline.
Usually, and availability tends to settle it before price does. Like Oran Park, the estate is newer than most maps. A metered fare over 56 km also moves with the traffic, while ours is agreed before you travel.
No to both. The fare is paid in advance to confirm your booking — by card or PayID, or cash by arrangement, with an invoice by email on request.
The pickup follows the aircraft at no extra cost. We track the flight number and allow a full hour from touchdown at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3, measured from when you actually land rather than the timetable.
Yes, and included in the fare rather than charged for. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are fitted before the vehicle leaves, so we need the children's ages when you book rather than on the morning.
Every day of the year. Pre-dawn departures and last-arrival collections are ordinary work here — it is the advance booking that makes them dependable, not the hour.

No. No free or public shuttle bus runs from Spring Farm to Sydney Airport. The courtesy buses people mention are hotel shuttles around Mascot, which only run between the terminals and the hotels nearby. From Spring Farm the realistic choices are the train, a taxi or rideshare, driving and parking, or a pre-booked transfer like ours at a fixed $169.
Aim to be at the terminal two hours before a domestic departure and three hours before an international one. From Spring Farm the drive is about 52 min for 56 km, so for a 9am domestic flight we would usually collect you around 5:48am, and earlier if you need to reach the airport in peak traffic between 5am and 10am.
For one person with hand luggage on a mid-morning flight, usually the train: a lift to Macarthur and the T8 direct to the airport, paying the Opal fare plus the $18.61 airport station access fee. For two or more people, checked bags or a flight before about 9am, our fixed $169 fare is usually cheaper in practice and quicker door to door.
