Published fares, no surge
The Glenquarry fare opens at $295 one way for one or two people and steps up in paired bands as the group grows — never by the kilometre.

Prices are per vehicle, not per person — eleven passengers pay $445 in total, about $40 a seat, which is why groups do well here. The bands come in pairs, so an extra passenger is often free. Paid in advance to confirm your booking and lock in the vehicle. Fares reviewed August 2026.
Same number, whichever terminal. Glenquarry pays $295 to Sydney Airport, $265 to Western Sydney Airport and $335 to White Bay or Circular Quay — each price published per suburb, quoted instantly.

Every class includes the same things. The only thing that changes between cards is how many people and how much luggage fit.
What the drive looks like
Allow about 1 hr 50 min for the 128 km. The route runs west to Bowral and Mittagong for the Hume Motorway, then north to the M5 and east through the tunnel.
The farm roads are slow in fog; then Bowral, the Hume and the M5 East. That allowance goes into your pickup time rather than into an optimistic arrival estimate.
Glenquarry is high country and it fogs in properly through the colder months. That is the single biggest factor in planning an early departure from here, and we build the buffer in rather than hoping the road is clear. Coming the other way, through Bowral and out onto the farm roads. High, open country that fogs in readily, and the last leg is the part that varies most with the weather. That leg is covered on the Sydney Airport to Glenquarry page.
Timed to your departure
We work backwards from your boarding time: three hours at the terminal for international, two hours for domestic, plus the 1 hr 50 min drive and a traffic margin.
Pickup around 1:10am. It is ordinary work on this run rather than a special request.
Around 2:10am for a T2 or T3 departure. Farm gates on long straight roads that all look similar in fog.
Around 4:10am, which clears the worst of the weekday build-up at the city end.
These are base figures rather than quotes. Give us the flight number and we fix the exact time for the conditions on the day.
Kingsford Smith, both directions

Meet at the limousine pickup bay past customs. Your flight number is on our sheet, so a slow bag belt or a long border queue costs you nothing — a full hour is allowed from wheels-down.
Priority kerbside pickup with a forty-minute allowance from landing. Text the driver once you have your bag and the car meets you at the door.
Door pickup anywhere in Glenquarry. Farm gates on long straight roads that all look similar in fog. The property name and a landmark together are what the driver needs.
Two airports, two fixed fares
Glenquarry to WSI goes out through Bowral to the Hume and exits at Picton for the shorter run. Western Sydney International is on our standard list and we are quoting it now.
about 1 hr 22 min · toll-free on our route
West to Bowral and Mittagong for the Hume, north to Picton, then The Northern Road. The farm roads at the start fog in readily through the colder months. Route detail on the Glenquarry to WSI page.

The airport with the full international network, and the terminal most departures from here still use.
$295 to Sydney Airport, $265 to Western Sydney. 12 kilometres and 14 minutes shorter to Badgerys Creek, no tolls on our route, and no airport station access fee, because the car stops at the terminal door.

There is no station in the locality, which narrows the field considerably.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $295 fixed | ~1 hr 50 min, door to door | one vehicle from your door, luggage included, at whatever hour the flight or the ship demands |
| Train from Bowral or Mittagong | a lift to the station, Opal fares, plus $18.61 access fee each | 2.5 hrs or more, all up | there is no station here, so somebody has to drive you to Burradoo or Bowral first; from there services are infrequent, need a change at Campbelltown, and none run early enough for a morning flight |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~1 hr 50 min if a car accepts | fog on this plateau does not clear because you are tired — and the long fare back late at night is one many drivers decline |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~1 hr 50 min plus the car park shuttle | workable for two people on a short trip, until you add the pre-dawn self-drive, the car park shuttle and a fortnight of parking fees |
The station access fee is Transport for NSW's published charge for entering or leaving an airport rail station, and the parking figure is Sydney Airport's advertised long-stay rate at the time of writing — check both before you decide. Rail can suit one person with hand luggage on a mid-morning flight; it stops suiting anyone with a second passenger, checked bags or a departure before dawn.
One vehicle, one number

Eleven passengers travel in one vehicle for $445 — about $40 a seat, against three separate cars, three sets of parking or three rideshare fares. Extended families, sports teams and friends flying out together all book this way.
Luggage picks the vehicle at least as often as the headcount does, so send the bag count as well. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are fitted before departure and cost nothing — we only need the children's ages at booking.
The honest comparison
Fog on this plateau does not clear because you are tired. We build the extra time in rather than promising an arrival minute we cannot hold.
A distance-priced fare over 128 km swings with the traffic and with demand. The number we quote is set before you travel and stays set.
The return leg is where unbooked plans come apart: a long fare out of the city late at night is one most drivers decline. A booked car is already on the sheet.
What booking ahead buys you
One vehicle, your trip, no stops along the way and nobody else in it. That is the whole difference from a shared shuttle.
Knowing where a road narrows and when the motorway backs up comes from running it constantly, which matters most at the hours these trips leave.
Delays move your pickup automatically and cost nothing extra — a full hour at international, forty minutes at domestic, from the moment you land.
Booking is paid in advance to lock in your vehicle. Payment is taken in advance — card, PayID or cash by arrangement — and a tax invoice follows by email on request.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters installed before departure, included in the fare rather than charged on top.
Three in the morning, Christmas Day, the last international of the night — the service runs to your itinerary provided it is booked.

Answered plainly
A fixed $295 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $445 for eleven in a single minibus. Tolls, GST, child seats and one suitcase plus one carry-on each are included in every figure, and the price does not change once quoted.
About 1 hr 50 min for the 128 km in normal conditions. The route runs west to Bowral and Mittagong for the Hume Motorway, then north to the M5 and east through the tunnel. Allow more through the weekday morning peak.
About 1:10am. We target the terminal three hours before an international departure and two hours before a domestic one, then work back through the drive and a traffic allowance. Send the flight number and we will set the exact minute.
No. The nearest platforms are at Bowral or Mittagong, so somebody has to drive you there first, then change at Campbelltown and pay the $18.61 airport station access fee per adult. Realistically two and a half hours or more, with nothing running early enough for a morning flight.
It can be for two people on a short trip — budget long-stay parking starts around $190 a week. Add fuel and tolls both ways, the pre-dawn self-drive and the shuttle bus from the car park, and the gap narrows quickly; for a group it disappears entirely.
Anywhere in the locality, door to door. Farm gates on long straight roads that all look similar in fog. The property name and a landmark together are what the driver needs.
Yes — WSI is 96 km and about 1 hr 22 min away against 128 km and 1 hr 50 min to Kingsford Smith. Glenquarry to WSI goes out through Bowral to the Hume and exits at Picton for the shorter run. The WSI fare is $265 one way, against $295 to Kingsford Smith.
Yes — eleven passengers with luggage in one minibus for $445, about $40 a seat. That is almost always cheaper than two or three cars and it keeps the group together against a check-in deadline.
Usually, and availability tends to settle it before price does. Fog on this plateau does not clear because you are tired. A metered fare over 128 km also moves with the traffic, while ours is agreed before you travel.
No to both. The fare is paid in advance to confirm your booking — by card or PayID, or cash by arrangement, with an invoice by email on request.
Nothing changes for you. The flight number is tracked, so a delay moves the pickup automatically — an hour of free waiting at international and forty minutes at domestic, counted from touchdown.
Yes, at no cost. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are installed before departure — just give us the ages at the time of booking.
Around the clock, all year. Early starts and midnight arrivals are routine on this run; the booking is what makes them reliable.

No. No free or public shuttle bus runs from Glenquarry to Sydney Airport. The courtesy buses people mention are hotel shuttles around Mascot, which only run between the terminals and the hotels nearby. From Glenquarry the realistic choices are the train, a taxi or rideshare, driving and parking, or a pre-booked transfer like ours at a fixed $295.
Aim to be at the terminal two hours before a domestic departure and three hours before an international one. From Glenquarry the drive is about 1 hr 50 min for 128 km, so for a 9am domestic flight we would usually collect you around 4:50am, and earlier if you need to reach the airport in peak traffic between 5am and 10am.
For one person with hand luggage on a mid-morning flight, usually the train: a lift to Bowral and the Southern Highlands Line, changing at Campbelltown, paying the Opal fare plus the $18.61 airport station access fee. For two or more people, checked bags or a flight before about 9am, our fixed $295 fare is usually cheaper in practice and quicker door to door.
